Can I try out CERAGEM products before purchasing?

Yes. At our test center in Berlin-Wilmersdorf, you can try out the CERAGEM Master V4 for free and without obligation.

The PAUSE M2 massage chair is also available for testing. We would be happy to advise you personally on other models.

Are CERAGEM massage beds medical devices?

The CERAGEM Master V4 and Master V6 are designated as medical devices by the manufacturer. Their respective intended purpose and prescribed applications are set out in the manufacturer's information and user manuals.

Please observe the safety instructions and contraindications listed there. If you have existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are uncertain about using the product, you should consult a doctor beforehand.

What should I keep in mind before and after using the device?

CERAGEM massage beds operate using heat, among other things. Choose a temperature that is comfortable for you and observe the recommended usage duration.

Do not use the device under the influence of alcohol and observe the safety instructions and contraindications in the respective user manual.

If you experience pain, dizziness, or other discomfort during use, stop the application and, if necessary, have the cause medically clarified.

How often can I use a CERAGEM massage bed?

The recommended duration and frequency of use depend on the specific model and massage program.

Follow the user manual and start with an intensity that is comfortable for you. If you have any questions about operation, we would be happy to advise you personally.

What are the benefits of infrared heat?

CERAGEM massage beds combine massage functions with heat. This can be perceived as pleasant and relaxing and complements the massage experience.

The temperature can be adjusted depending on the model and program. Always observe the manufacturer's application instructions.

Can I rent a CERAGEM massage bed?

Yes. You can rent the CERAGEM Master V4 for one month for testing purposes and get to know the device at home at your own pace.

Can I order the products directly online?

Yes. You can order many of our products directly through our online shop.

For larger items such as massage beds and massage chairs, delivery options depend on your location. You can find the relevant information on the respective product page.

How does delivery within Berlin work?

Within our Berlin delivery area, we offer local delivery for selected devices.

Depending on the product, our service also includes transport to the desired location, assembly, and instruction on how to operate the device.

The available delivery options and costs are displayed on the respective product page or during the checkout process.

Is delivery outside of Berlin possible?

Yes, in principle, we can also organize deliveries outside of our Berlin delivery area.

Since costs depend on the delivery location and the chosen device, we will create an individual quote for this.

Can I pick up my order myself?

Yes. For suitable products, we offer pickup at our test center in Berlin-Wilmersdorf.

Important: Not all products are permanently in stock at our location.

Some devices must first be delivered from headquarters to our test center.

Please wait for our express confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before you set off.
